Trust Exams Officer

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: £27,747 - £31,218

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and efficient Exams Officer to join our Exams department.

The successful candidate will work across our two centres supporting the Trust Exams Manager and the Exams Officers on site at each college.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed professional to help oversee all of our examination processes which will require effective liaison with Exam Boards, students, staff and Senior Management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, having worked several years in a sixth form or FE college although relevant training will be provided to the successful candidate if required.

Candidates must be flexible, have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

A high level of IT proficiency is particularly important, as is experience working in an exams department.

The post holder would be required to work 37 hours per week, full year. Time off in lieu is given for additional hours worked.

All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
