Teacher of Science with Chemistry specialism

This is a permanent contract due to start in September 2025

Full-time or Part-time available

Salary: Sixth Form College Pay Spine Point 1-9 dependent on experience

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of Science with Chemistry specialism to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and manage effective delivery of an outstanding Chemistry curriculum, to ensure all our students make excellent progress.

The successful candidate would need to be suitably qualified or experienced to teach A level Chemistry, with scope for full-time with GCSE Science and L3 Applied Science. A PGCE or other teaching qualification is essential.

You will have outstanding interpersonal and classroom management skills and be relentless in your commitment to the success of all those that you teach and will be a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with colleagues and is happy to go the extra mile.
