 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)

Support Staff Scale Point 25 (£25,274 FTE, £21,725 pro rata)

Due to a significant increase in student numbers across the Trust, we are seeking a highly dedicated professional to join our Safeguarding Team, working across our two sites. This role involves managing safeguarding systems to support the welfare of students with a proactive and knowledgeable approach.

We seek a candidate who is adaptable, proficient, and innovative, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage and maintain detailed records

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently

• Excellent IT skills comfortable adapting to using new IT systems

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

Additionally, it would be advantageous if candidates have:

• Experience working in an educational setting

• Previous experience of managing safeguarding IT systems such as CPOMS or My Concern.

• Relevant qualifications in safeguarding or child protection
