Careers and Progression Assistant
Permanent - full-time (37 hours per week), term-time only (39 weeks+1)
Salary: Support Staff LLT Spine Point 22 £22,127 Actual based on a £25,123 FTE
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Careers & Progression Assistant to join our IAG team, with excellent communication skills and an in depth knowledge of independent careers advice and guidance.
With specific responsibility for guiding students in their education, training and work choices, the successful candidate will have a strong influence on their future progression.
A good knowledge of Universities, subject courses, UCAS, non-academic career choices, gap years, volunteering and work experience is essential for this role along with the ability to build a rapport with young people.
Experience of event planning is also beneficial.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
